Shipping and Delivery
- The shipping time of the products is 3 business days for the products in our stock.
- The production period for products that are not in stock is 10 days.
- Our contracted company is DHL INTERNATIONAL .The products will be delivered to you safely using the tracking number. DHL INTERNATIONAL
- Your cargo tracking number will be sent via e-mail after your order.
- When your package is delivered to you by the cargo company, please inspect the product in front of the officer and receive it. If the product is damaged/missing, have the officer prepare a report and return the product. If your package arrives open, torn or damaged, do not receive it. Otherwise, the responsibility will belong to the buyer.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges belong to the buyer.
